Building Survey
A RICS Level 3 Home Survey provides a comprehensive and detailed inspection of a property’s condition. It is the most thorough level of survey available and is particularly suitable for older, larger or more complex buildings.
The report offers an in-depth assessment of the property’s construction, structure and condition, identifying significant defects, potential risks and areas requiring repair or further investigation. It also provides detailed commentary on maintenance requirements and can include advice on remedial options where appropriate.
This survey is ideal where a property has been substantially altered, is of non-standard construction, or where major renovation works are planned.
